Ensured zero-downtime during Razer's global product launch from Singapore, handling a 10x traffic spike. Optimised order management for 4,000–5,000 daily orders. At Capgemini, stabilised a multi-country B2B commerce platform across 15 webshops, driving structured tech-debt reduction.

Gained global e-commerce experience across Singapore and Europe, mastered multi-country B2B implementations.
